Check-in and check-out are done outside or under a gazebo to allow for social distancing and ventilation.

Please adhere to social distancing requirements and respect everyone’s personal space.

The size of our site means camping pitches are always sufficiently spaced out to avoid close contact with others.

Hand wash and hand sanitizer is provided in the shower/toilet/laundry/dishwashing block and other public areas of Riverside.

We have a thorough and frequent cleaning programme throughout the shower/toilet/laundry/dishwashing block.

The shower/toilet/laundry/dishwashing block is well-ventilated and numbers using it are regulated to allow sufficient social distancing.

Please text us (07519 357933) on your departure so we know which guests are staying on site.

If you have Covid, have Covid symptoms, or are in isolation due to Covid contact, you must not come to Riverside. Let us know if you have booked but cannot come. 

If you test positive for Covid or develop Covid symptoms while you are at Riverside, tell us by telephone call straight away, leave for home as soon as possible, and text us (07519 357933) on departure.
